As we all know health is more than just physical, taking care of yourself mentally is just as important for your health as eating well and exercising, but it is something we as a country are struggling with. There has been such an encouraging push, for men especially, to take their mental health seriously and to be rid of the "man up" attitude with programs funded by organisations such as @movember which your donations are going directly to. Something as simple as "Hey, I'm not feeling so great mentally" to a whanau or friends can be the first step in the right direction. To speak with someone immediately, contact Lifeline on 0800 543 354, Samaritans on 135 247, or Suicide Crisis Helpline on 0508 828 865 @movember
