Let’s not just stop at salad, breakfast is a great time for all sorts of leafy greens. Fresh, tasty and nutritious , perhaps with a nice juicy piece of steak or some eggs, some lacto-fermented chutney and maybe a cup of broth. Yum… the ultimate breakfast. Intrigued?
